True. I'm close to 45 and I work out every day military, strong man style, My work out routine is vigorous. More so than adults in their twenties. It's pretty beastly. 45 is far from old unless your couch is made out of potatoes and all you do is watch tv and eat snacks all day.

Mike Tyson doesn’t do stuff like this. The reason I am saying this is because Tyson has no problem speaking on how he cannot stand Mayweather but look at what Mayweather is doing for the sport. He is bringing up and training the youngins and offering to train fighters like Anthony Joshua.
All Mike Tyson does is go on podcasts, instigate fighters, smoke, and when you DO see Tyson in the gym it is about HIM or about him teaching MMA fighters.
Mike Tyson needs to speak up on how Floyd is living up to the Mayweather name by training and being IN THE GYM with the next generation, the same way he spoke up about him not liking Floyd.
