    Yes these BlazePods are used for cardio and agility, yes you are right. But it's not what it's mainly used for. Even if it was just for physiotherapy and rehab to improve your coordination, reflexes and decision making, it's perfect for that too. I know though, you're talking from a gym/cardio/agility standpoint, so it's all good.

      I would argue that the way I'm using them is the main intended purpose. That is how they market them after all. BUT you're right. This could be an excellent tool for those things as well.

    Since this review was made they have removed many features behind a PRO app (100-150USD/year). I learned this the hard way. Also, if you intend to use them on the floor, you need the base stands, otherwise they will flip 50/50. What is annoying is that they removed basic features such as SAVE program and only 1 of 5 base styles of training. Many of the "200" programs are they same and most of them support 4 or less pods. This is really sad considering the potential. If you are going to buy this, also budget for the PRO app, otherwise you will be disappointed like me.

    • @RyanTreadaway
      @RyanTreadaway  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I'm sorry to hear that. I wasn't aware of this. I still use these in my training on occasion but use the drills I've already created or found in the past so I've not ran into this issue. Maybe I should make a new review for these in the future.

  • @MaryDeanDotCom

    You didn’t the $15/mo app subscription which is needed to do anything beyond the absolute basics. I am wondering if it will still save your stats if you only want to use it seasonally, i.e. stopping and starting your subscription.

    • @RyanTreadaway
      @RyanTreadaway  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Sorry, I missed this comment. At the time I did this review, there was no subscription. Hence, why I didn't mention it. Admittedly, I haven't used these in a couple of months but when I did use them last, I used all the same features I always use without any subscription.

    Are you able to start the pods by tapping first from off to on by color showing for example ( I tap and blue color showing and when i tap again red color can show)?

      You can "start on tap" or you can start by hitting the start button on your phone, which initiates the countdown.
