Every time I marvel at the shape of your boat….laying such a heavy weave of wet fiberglass on such a curved surface, unbelievable!! OMG, I don’t know how you do it and make it look easy, what the hell? Warriors, that’s what you are, full blown warriors!!!

People tell you how to do it, yes glassing be easier on upside down hull, but then you need to turn it around. Don't second ques yourself. What you do is correct for you. There is hundred ways to build a boat. Do it your way, it will work.

Takes me back, all that glass wetout.
Notice how the first pour from the bucket seems to leave a noticeable "wet out " as it gets poured from height out of the bucket?
But the rest of the layup takes ages to squeegee for the same level of wetout?
I got excellent results using light warmth from a hair dryer or heat gun, which saved heaps of fiddling with the squeegee to get proper saturation.
