Zero issues at high speed. It's attached on the sides and also the middle between the windshields. The one i made in the video is also super tight. Can't have that shit flopping around.
Probably more than you want to spend lol. I'm in Canada and the shipping will kill your budget! You may be better off with a re-pop. They are available I think. Try this link. mudsclassicparts.com/fulton-sun-visor-ford-chevy-dodge-plymouth-steel-new-two-piece-windshield/
Unfortunately, that template is long gone. Might have to look around and find a visor locally to template. There are lots around, and many are the same size.
@@BesseCustomFabrication I'll consider it. Have done video and editing for work, so that's the easy part. Filming myself, ooh wah! Probably the only thing I'd do differently, after watching you, is to build a round-rod frame shape so I'd only have to shrink a 1/4" lip. Or no lip. But who knows, that might end up a disaster. LOL. Anyway, will check out more of your builds in the meantime. Thx!
The Director of Photography was taking cues from the Visual Production Team on this one. The Art Directors wanted a "mid 2000's fight scene" feel to the episode, but it turned out that one of the Camera Operators had been drinking heavily, and possibly got into some psychedelics. We had many hours of meetings trying to figure out whether to re-shoot or not, but mostly due to budget and scheduling constraints, the Director made the call to let it go as is. We apologize for any discomfort, but in the end, it's art and you either like it or you don't. 😉
Looks great man! Trying to draw some inspiration here. I need to make one for a client. Thanks for showing your process

How does your own visor on the Pontiac reacts to high speeds, I got exactly the same on mine.

Gonna build a couple visors for a couple old Falcons, so you used everything I already have, so should be fun. Sub'd and Like'd
Awesome! Thanks for watching. Make a video and post it. I always like seeing how other people do stuff.

Vertigo kicks in while trying to watch video with all the camera movement.

No repops on the market like this I have a 51 truck but like the car visors best still searching.
U sell them?
Made this one for a customer. So... yep. They are built to suit tho so fitment is difficult without the vehicle here to take measurements from.
What's the price for a 1940 Special Deluxe
