I think, in this song, Sana expressed her feeling when she was criticized because of her IG post about Japan's New King. She was scared and sad at first, that's why the beginning of song feel sad. And she was relieved from fear by the help of her members and Onces; she got her true self back and happy again. This is what I get from this song. Just my opinion.

As you may know, the japanese era changes, every time emperor replaces, and it's said it has been so since 645, so that's just a section of time in Japan. She throughout wrote about the era at that post.
The christian era is now used internationally. It doesn't necessarily mean praise to Jesus to say "Happy new year 2020", because era is a common thing for people.
Sana did nothing wrong and you don't need to be annoyed about that.
