That's a good fast paced drill. Would have been nice if they would have explained what was going on and how they were scoring it.
Looks like a hitter drill?Libero and setter stay while hitters rotate in. Hitters exit after they hit the ball. No tips or free balls allowed from hitters.
Interesting coaching dynamic...
ill tell you what, my college coach was like that and the energy he delivered to us was not positive and quite detrimental to our performance.
So this is where I will encourage my players not to play.🙅🏾♀️
