Been a month... What do you think about the ride? The Range? Over 30 min for assembly and no ride review?
Hi, after the unboxing video we been getting lots of rain, sorry for the delay. The ride is comfy for sure, and the review should be coming soon as I like to mention all of the details so people know what to expect in advance. Thanka for watching as well.
@@ReviewsandTech I think this is by far, the best bike for the money in the present market, that I know of. $799 with s/h for a 52V16AH 85nm full suspension folding ebike with Hydraulic brakes, Hd/Tail/Brk lts, mag wheels, full fenders, rear rack, etc... Far better than the $799 AULOOR that I bought last year...
I just bought one. Its a PITA to put together since theres no instructions. Good thing i know how to wrench
Hi, yes they should include instructions on how to install the front wheel. Thanks for watching and your input too.
Do know how to get user manual for this bike. I have different model. I have the R20 model. I can't find anything. I need the P settings chart
Hey do u know the 4 digit code to unlock the display
I have this bike and I think it's great so far but I'm really hearing some bad news about customer service being horrible and now I've recently went on their website and noticed every bike they have is sold out you can't even buy any accessories or get an extra battery that does not look good
@@steveb6861 Hi there, I haven't had any issues with my Ebike and I ride it every week. Speaking of an extra battery, they sent me a second one, so I will be selling it, it's still in the box. Thanks for watching and your input too.
The price of this bike is pretty appealing for what you get. There's no 52V ebike under 800 like that. But that weight though at over 82 pounds... Even the new Lectric XP with similar 14.5AH battery only weighs 65LBs. Why the heck is this ebike so heavy?!
What would be interesting is if you can unlock the speed limit on the Starrun S20 and unlock the amperage limit, if the BMS of the battery and controller allows it... Can you check the amperage limit on that controller and battery? If you can reach at least 30 or 35 amps, that would make it reach about 35MPH~ or more and thus on par with ebikes costing almost TWICE as much ... Now THAT would be an amazing deal.
35A x 52v = 1820W
But I doubt they included a high quality controller though that can go up to 35A
Yes, I do like that it's a 52v Ebike and the fact that it comes with a 15ah battery. I am assuming it weighs more because it has a metal rear rack that looks like it can handle 50 lbs without issues. I ride mostly on the sidewalks, so I don't intend to unlock it honestly. I do plan to install a second battery for longer range though after I release the review of this awesome bike. Thanks for watching and input as I get lots of compliments everyday riding it.
is there a way to make it go faster than 28 if so can you make a video if you dont mind, i havent seen one on this bike, thanks brother.
Hi, to be honest, I only ride it on the sidewalk, so going 20mph is fast enough for me. Although I have heard that almost every Ebike can be unlocked to make it go faster, and according to others the manufacturer doesn't like customers doing it because of liability issues and that the customer might change other settings that might cause issues. I honestly don't know how to unlock it. I wish I had a better answer for you. Thanks for watching as well.
Found it, i thought this was going to be the step through Starrun. This does look like a good bike though.
No problem. it's not the step thru design, but I know this bike will be getting lots of attention. Once the weather clears up, soon my friend!
i had this bike and it’s so amazing and i enjoy riding it.
@@etivactv8871 Hi, what happened to your Starrun Ebike? I love mine as I will be making a full review soon. What did you replace it with? Thanks for your input.
@@ReviewsandTech i mean i still have this bike just little issues of breaks making squeaking sounds.
@@etivactv8871 Oh I see, I don't think that's a big deal, but I think this Ebike might have hydraulic disc brakes if I am not mistaken, you might want to check your brake pads. Thanks
I have one of these bikes, very well built, heavier than I expected and really fast too; but I believe this company has gone out of business, bad news to all of us who have purchased one as far as buying batteries and such, if I am wrong someone please correct me, have a good day.
@@eddiehiott8330 Hi, mine is almost at 800 miles used weekly, no issues at all. Yes, I see their stock is all sold out, I guess they only made so many, gosh it was such a good deal too, I don't have any regrets to be honest. Thanks for watching and your input too. Be safe

Hi, yes I am liking it so far..
Buyer BEWARE! No customer service and they do NOT honor the 1 year warranty. My battery does not charge nor holds a charge. I have done the chat , sent pics and videos. Only for them to say the engineer will look at the files. Good luck if you have any problems with this bike cause you’re out of gas…
Hi, sorry to hear that you are having these issues, how long have you had your bike? Did you contact them directly or thru Amazon? I believe it comes with a one year warranty as well. Best of luck to you and thanks for your input too.
Any luck? So far mines doing pretty good I've had it for a couple weeks it's an enjoyable ride with the cloud 9 seat
@@kursed_aegis Hi, already 500 miles here without issues, all good, thanks.
