As the only girl in my family who went hunting with all the boys in my family you described almost every single one of my family members. I had to quit hunting with one of my cousins because 20 minutes before dark he was yelling for the rest of us to come find him. You did forget my dad though the sit in the stand all day drinking budweiser the whole time came down drunk every time. Yet he still managed to kill the biggest ones somehow. lol
I've heard stories about people who would drink beer and throw the cans down to the bottom of the stand, not give a care in the world and shoot big bucks, then have people who use the scent eliminator, be super quiet and put as much effort as you can into sitting in a deer stand and still not kill anything 😂😂😂

I grew up in a family of hunters and this brought back memories of hunting seasons past! Although most everyone was 'old school' at the time and where I lived in central PA. Talk about great meat for the freezer - big whitetail deer who fed off the corn fields - plus we also got a lot of squirrel and rabbit for the stew pot as well.

This past season, I didn’t get anything but saw several deer at 80/100 yards, but my wife shot a 10 point and a huge doe in rifle season. I was telling a one of my wife’s customers (built her a hair salon at the house) about the skill of bow hunting when my wife snorts and says, “All the deer he didn’t get definitely agree with him.” Okay, she got me there. 😂

The end of last year I order a couple of Tim Wells spears cause I just wanted to try it . Well this year when primitive season opened I got a deer with a spear . That was a rush .. Lol I was just thinking he forgot two of my favorites, we have here in Montana. The long distance sniper, And the road hunter.
Yeah muzzleloading is pretty similar to the road hunter, except that we do get out of the car every now and then.
Don't forget the even smaller group of muzzleloader hunters who only use flintlock rifles and round ball ammo.
