You could, but I wouldn't. I decided to try that cam in a lq9, even with a 3000 stall, and I wish I just spent the money on a better cam. It's is lazy as fuck down low and not as much up top as I expected.
If memory serves, The LS9 cam does not have a rea cam sensor provision (it is gen 4) so you would need a 1x front gear and sensor added to a gen 3. If you have gen 4, then no worries, but that cam is very soft down low-you would be MUCH happier with my Low Buck Truck cam from richardholdenerperformance.com
Looking forward to rewatching all of your 400 SBC dyno videos and selecting a cam and pistons from there.

Yes, but you will need to run the sensor on the timing cover
