Thank you, Crystal, for helping to maintain some sense of normalcy in these trying days. Crochet is a destresser for me. And you keep me company many nights. It really helps.
Crystal I truly love your tutorials on different stitches I learned so many new ones that I did not know and I have crocheted since I was 16 and I'm 73 I think it's very fascinating to learn it so keep going I love it you educate this 73-year-old make that young woman hahaha. Have a beautiful day and a wonderful week. Kay Domalik
Same for me, only started crocheting around 10yrs young. I'm celebrating 63 this year. Thank you Crystal. I'm going to make my grandson a blanket in a sunny yellow color, his favorite.💜💜💜😎
Crystal thanks for this tutorial. I watched someone else try to explain this stitch and I didn’t understand. You explained it so clearly. I can do this stitch now👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🧶🧶🎉🎉🎉
Love the stitch 💙 pattern. Crystal you make it so easy for anyone to follow you making anything. I have watch many others and tried following them. But No one is as easy as following you. Thank you for making it easy.
This would be great for placemats ~ looking good while catching crumbs lol Thank you for this tutorial, it's a lovely stich & you'rea great teacher ! I'm going to add this to making baby changing pads to use while away from home. I make baby layette sets of sorts now & then for moms in need at the local women's shelter. Since some newborns are preemies l tend to just stick to a baby yarn blanket, cotton wash cloths, burp rag & changing pad & bibs etc Cotton will withstand many washes and so will this patten Be well !!🦋
Thank you so much for showing all of us the alpine stitch...I am going to try it out tomorrow.. Watched your video and I think I got it... Other videos I've watched on alpine stitch I could never learn it but I know with your tutorial I've got it.. Thanks again
What a pretty stitch. I have a thing about crocheted or knitted dish cloths - I can't use them. My brain sees all the food particles between the stitches, growing and festering and *shudder* I just can't do it. (I know this is my own weird thing and is no judgment on those who do use home-made dish cloths✌️) But, this will make a great blanket or scarf, which is how I will use it.
I’ve heard of this stitch many times but I’ve never watched a tutorial for it. One stitch at a time! I laughed at your last comment. Normal speed with ads, of course. 😘
Love your crochet lessons. I seldom crochet since I learnt to do granny squares with my Mom when I was 5. I've found and interesting South African podcaster who showcases some wonderful SA yarns The Wolblom podcast.
This is such a different pattern stitch. I love this brand of yarn, but have never bought/used their cotton. I think it would make a nice placemats as well❤️
