Daal Gosht Recipe | Delicious Mutton and Lentils | Dhaba Style Handi - Maa Kitchen Korner

Daal Ingredients:
3/4 cup toor daal
1/4 cup channa daal
1/4 cup masoor daal
1/4 cup moong daal
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
3 cups water
Mutton Masala Ingredients:
3 tbsp oil
2 medium onions, chopped
2-3 bay leaves
1 black cardamom
2-3 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp cumin seeds
500g mutton
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
3-4 green chillies, slit
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
2.5 cups of water
Fresh coriander for garnishing
1 tbsp lemon juice
Tarka Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
2-3 dried red chillies
2 tbsp curry leaves
