Bajre ki Roti Recipe: • Methi Anda Bhurji aur ...
Eggplant Bharta Ingredients:
2 eggplants
1/4 tsp salt
Pinch of turmeric
1-2 tbsp fresh green garlic, chopped
1-2 tbsp oil
Lassan Ke Laddoo Ingredients:
4 bajra rotis, ground (link to recipe: • Methi Anda Bhurji aur ... )
1.5 cups fresh green garlic, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup ghee
1/2 cup oil
Serve with:
Yoghurt
Poppadom
