    mera case 2018 se abhi tak chal raha hai kisine bhi stay nahi liya kay case ke doran plaintiff without court and defendant permission property bech sakta hai kya use transfer of property act section 52 lis pendant lagu hoga.
    Kya transfer legal hoga ki null and void hoga

    Madam, you said if case between A and B is non collusive so sale between A and C is valid. My question is in case it is proved that A was not legal owner but B is owner, so what will be remedy for B while A has sold property to C?

    A and B inherited property from their father who expired. B went to the court claiming he is the only owner and A challenged the claim. The case is in the court of law, Section 145 is also imposed on the property. A third party C paid an amount of money to B and both entered a documented agreement that B will sell off the property to B only and any other party.
    Is this agreement valid given the suit is pending in the court?
