FREEZA MAN gives DEATH BALL. I just beat this game about five minutes ago for the first time, and Pluto was by far my favorite level music. This is an EXCELLENT 16 bit version of his amazing track.
Aside of the color scheme, I don't see how Pluto ressembles Frieza... In any case, One of Pluto's attacks is a precursor to Neon Tiger from MMX3. It is also said Slash Man's design was based on Pluto. =p
