Haha this happens to everyone. My dad said instead of giving donation to engineering college.. if he took an acre of land in kokapet or other areas in hyderabad it would've been 70crores today. And after engineering he still gets 92k at the age of 58. Right from the schooling these things should be taught. Bc they are only making slaves.

Hello sir, great video thanks a lot for this, I learned a great deal.
Just one thing, you forgot one factor. Here in india most people won’t get increments like you have shared in your video. They are mostly stuck working 10k or 15k per month for years. My friend has been working in an account department of a good company but her salary is 15k and had not increased since last 3 years.
Switch jobs... maximum 1-2 years in one company and switch. Loyalty is not valued in 21st century...no retirement, no increments....and for some reason she is stuck .. don't go extra mile for your boss, don't do overtime...do bare minimum and enjoy other part of life apart from job.

There is a huge gap in the excel sheet i.e. the salary per month. Getting 5L per month seems unreasonable for the mass crowd. Considering the hike situation which is barely in double digits for majority of the companies.
Hey, what if we get FD's monthly return also. Then the salary (which is basically a source of income) may come upto lakhs.

Meanwhile MFs are profit and growth based returns.
Mathematically this is right to save money, but in practically its not possible to save money in 10k in 2023

We should also calculate the income tax part. On earning something as big as 3 cr. If we consider 30% income tax on that then the final amount will be very less.
It's only 10 percent capital gain tax bcz return from equity is not our income it's capital gain

I got into research, I learn trading and investment (like these internet guys) as well as probs and stats, high level math, economics, econometric analysis, business studies, etc. Now I converted my freelance into full fledged software development startup.
And even just learning 1 skill and being a freelancer will easily fetch you 1 to 2 lakhs a month
