I am a VATSIM S1 and a IVAO AS3 (In training for ADC) the one thing you didn't mention is the community, from my experience, the IVAO community is more active on platforms like Discord in comparison to VATSIM that can be randomly active, but they are extremely toxic.
I think vPilot is a better software even if it looks outdated but what makes me prone to Vatsim is how the aircraft moves naturally during take-off and landing. IVAO, on the other hand, breaks the simulation with stutters and unrealistic bizarre movements. Unfortunately, I like flying in Brazil and IVAO is way more popular there.
@@skygamer_bro the refresh rate on both is supposed to be the same, but vatsim clearly has a better and smoother refresh rate on aircraft models. Really enjoy it for formation flights
