Most of the talking has been edited out but one slipped it! I'll be sure to make more no talking videos now that I'm on break from college lol.
As you know, the frozen chocolate trend is dwindling down a bit on the app except some smaller Kwai makers are still keeping it alive! Sadly, one of my favorite Chocolate Eater who was an older lady deleted her account :( I hope no one else quits as they were the original makers.
I'm not really into the newer trend that people are doing where they use whipped cream in a can but it's really popular in China now lol. A lot of them are also eating the chocolate with their kids hahah. I'm really not sure how they don't get sick of eating the chocolate by now but it's for us right? Thanks for watching guys.

☆How do they get these kinds of frozen chocolates?
☆Most are bought on Taobao directly from China or through an agent, which is a difficult process to go through when buying foods from overseas because it must go through customs in order to get to your country.
☆The creators in the videos purchase transfer molds and melt down the brick of chocolate and pour them in. Then, they freeze them and pop them out. The round balls(soccer balls, peaches, pool balls, etc) are purchased from a supplier like Taobao, which is the equivalent of Amazon or Walmart in China and they get to have them delivered the next day usually.
☆Best way to do it yourself is find high quality chocolates, find the molds and try it.
☆ AVOID: Chocolates with emulsifiers and oils. Only purchase chocolate with genuine cocoa butter in order to have the best crunch. Tempered chocolate is the goal!
