Check if a servo remains slightly open, I had the same problem on the kabolite the valves did not return oil to the tank because a servo remained slightly open
Check with the shipper on your parts. I ordered a brand new axle for my dump truck in September. Ask them to check it and they sent me another 1 and it arrived within a week and a half.

Great Video 👍 I know it sucks when it doesn’t work as it should. But from the get go it didn’t sound good. What pump are you using from Premacon I got a 1200ml pump and their 6 v2 valve block and I hope you got their pressure regulator valve sometimes they can cause problems. I think you definitely got some air in the system and sounded like it was starving for oil. And check your pressure gauge where it’s at
Its the 1200 ML. I have the premacon pressure relief valve but wont install it till i get the servos for there valve block. The lesu is still in it now. Your the second guy that said it sounds like its starving for oil.
You must be glad to finally play with your excavator! Looking forward to see how well the powder coated track will hold. I hear a strident noise when you move the tracks, what is it?
Well at 11 minutes, I see it is not much fun playing. The line between the between the pump and valve may have restriction or the pump assembly has too much scealant in it creating flow restriction. You could verify it by installing the pump pressure gauge on one valve exit and see what pressure you get with valve fully open.
Hey, did you use the 6mm Hose for the Tank to pump input connection. I had exactly the same issue with the Lesu pump and going from 4mm to 6mm Hose in the input fixed it.
Hello and what else I wanted to say! With your swing drive (rotating excavator superstructure) there makes the gear also noises. Something was probably not put together correctly. Greetings Kalle from Germany
Hello my model building friend. Something is wrong with your CAT 374 excavator. I would let's say the pump runs around in a twisted manner. And the lines twisted closed. And so can not build up any pressure . You can hear that too. Greetings Kalle from Germany

hi i also have a C374L with major hydraulic issues, im on my second lesu valve block, not cool, going to replace it with a csmi valve block and pump

I belive that noise is the esc's my other excavator does the same thing.
The tank is just too small for that model, it needs more volume to work properly.

Did you get it to operate like it should? It should just plow through that loose dirt.
Are you going to hook up the ramps with eclectic or hydraulics???
At this time im not, ive got two many other things going on.
But in the future it would be cool to do that.
hi.you should reduce the speed of the pump. It does not need to go at full speed. Has set mine at around 50%

That pump is running way too fast it can slow down the actuators due to cavitation
This vedio is pretty old..the excavator runs real good now
still has lots of air in the lines mate
