    I included an example in the video. I am currently working on getting ready for the new school year and planning for the subject I will be teaching...so my additions to my Calculus are going to be coming at a fairly slow rate. I hope you get the help you need.

    Thank you so much for the awesome lesson ProfRobBob, I need to share your channel with my buddies!
    On a side note, I am still a little confused in this video. What is the difference(s) between the Mean Value Thm and the Average Value Thm?

    • @profrobbob
      @profrobbob  9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +SuperPhoKingAsian The Average Value Theorem is about the average value over a closed interval. The Mean Value Theorem is about identifying the value of c where f(c) equals that Average Value. Thanks for the positive feedback and choosing my lessons to learn from!

    Why does the time average of a first derivative of a bounded function always zero?

    Thanks. I had to review some calculus for some EE applications (controlled rectifier circuits) and this was very helpful.

      im not sure that im asking on the right page or not by the way my question is in integrals where you integrate using Riemanns Sum. ok i understand how to find integral of something using Riemanns Sum but what i dont understand is to integrate the piecewise function using RIEMANNS Sum. Last questionis let say i have a integral and i decided to write it as sum of integrals. if I integrate the sum of integrals seperately using the RIEMANNS Sum and add answers is this going to give me the same answer if I just go straight to integrate the original integral using riemanns sum as well. if you have video can you please give me a link.
