A very sacred space within has been reached. To reach this sacred inner experience, you’ve had to allow yourself the vulnerability to enter into discomfort.
And so anything that has arisen within, that caused you to feel deeply uncomfortable, fearful, that you wanted to turn to away from, avoid and turn to your comforts again instead, you had to resist the urge to sidestep, and instead step into it, face it, feel the fear and work towards understanding it anyway.
And with that you uncovered a deeply freeing understanding of what’s been holding you back from something more. The light switched on, in a place that previously was quite dark. You can see what that shadow was hiding, and what you see and feel is much more peaceful, exciting and inspiring in the path ahead.
