💙 I was thinking about you the other day and wondering where you went! 😄💕 Happy to hear you are doing well now, hope to see your hands back working their creative magic. Take care 💙
This is adorable! I would like to request a few patterns . A honey bee. Kokopelli Indian. And a music note. I have made several of your tutorials. Thanks!
I understand the third row where you change from blue to green. But, my question is: your green appears on the next row. So, are you cutting the green yarn short and using just one piece per row or have you cut the green long and are bringing it down to the next row when you need it? (Kind of like when you knit with various colors. You can carry the yarn to the next row.) I would have liked to have seen how you change from row to row.
💙 It’s one long cord. I swap it out whenever I need to switch colours, no cutting. If you take a look at the back 5:25 you can see I run it along the back a lot. The reason why I didn’t cut it is because it’s more wasteful and takes up much more time cleaning up the ends at the back as there would be a lot more pieces to clean up. Hope that helps 🤗
@@SimplyInspiredbySheena Thanks for replying so fast. That’s what I thought but I wasn’t sure. I’ll also go back to that time and take another look. It makes sense to use a long piece and not waste it. I saw another video where the woman cuts a new piece of rope on every row even when it’s all one color. I would hate to have to tie in all those ends. So, I like your video much better. Thanks again for your help!!! Appreciate it!
💙 What did you think about the prickles? Too far or awesome added details? Let me know in the comments below 👇🏻
They bring the cactus to life and add texture! Love it I can’t wait to make one of my own.
@@skyebible 💙 oh good to hear! That was my thoughts as well ☺️🌵
Very very nice 💕beatiful
Fantástic 💕thank 💕yes
Un fuerte abrazo fraterno desde colombia 🇨🇴
I love it both ways with and without prickles.
💙 Yay! I was worried adding the prickles was taking it a little too far 🌵
@@SimplyInspiredbySheena I don't think so and you can add less if you are worried that it might be. 😉
This video was so helpful, I picked up this technique really quick thanks to your amazing tips and teaching :)
💙 oh I’m so happy to hear that! Thank you for watching 🤗
