The girl who did the super choppy flow is actually the Lead Vocalist Jisoo (the one who usually do it is Lead Rapper Lisa), and this is the first time she is rapping which is one of the major shock of the album. She's also the biggest surprise in the album with her fluent english delivery as she is the least fluent in English among the four members. Her vocal ability as always stands out in songs that suits them.
I think you re mistaken, they are saying Lisa's part, they say that " i think its the same girl that always did the choppy thing", Lisa's the one who always rap so they're saying the same girl before jisoo's verse
Lisa raps a lot and is the lead rapper but the MAIN rapper is Jennie because her ability is higher. She has more versatile and skillful flow and can improvise. Her older songs showcase that. Lisa is a good rapper and has a nice voice, killer attitude, and a nice flow but my girl Jennie be spitting straight 🔥

the outro literally proves blackpink are savages, they know that ppl are going to expect the beat drop again but they changed it bec that's what they are- savages.
The last verse before they started singing again was actually done by Jisoo who happens to be one of the singers in the group. This is the first time to my knowledge that they have given her a rap verse in any of their songs.

Musical aspect: they can do different concepts = from girlie to baddass

There are 3 different girls rapping in this song. Usually, only two girls rap in this group: Lisa (the one with bangs) and Jennie (the nurse outfit in LSG music video). But in this song, Jisoo also raps. She’s the one that raps the verse at 3:28. Jisoo usually only sings, this is their first and only song that she raps in. She’s the one in the blue flower field/swimming pool scenes in the LSG music video.

Pretty Savage is my most favorite track in The Album. I love the fact that this song has a climax and the fact that the beat and the arrangement changes everytime. From verses, then another beat in the pre-chorus, then another beat in the chorus, and another beat in the bridge and in the ending part. I like it. TEDDY, 24 and R.Tee really did a great job in arranging this song.
