I've accidentally killed a dev in that tank. I wasn't trying to kill them on purpose, it just so happened that I was playing a TVP50 (lvl10) and unloaded both clips at the start of the game into their tank. It has weird random armor sometimes, but it's a light and definitely very weird. I hope it's fun.
Where did you get the info that the ricochet off the upper plate would still do damage? If this was possible then a ricochet off of one tank would do damage to another if it would hit it and that's just not in the coding for the game.

If you know how to use HE you can shoot some juicers to your opponents. I think HE is 108 penn.350 /400 damage.
