    It happens naturally when we get older. We often prioritize completing projects efficiently rather than pouring everything into them. Every year feels a bit closer to the end, and I want to make sure I finish the things that matter most before then.

    The most helpful advice I've ever recieved: giving your "best" has to be spread out. If I'm giving 100% in my art, then other important areas in my life like relationships or taking care of myself are getting nothing. To be honest it's been hard for me to fully apply this advice 'cause I didn't know how to give any less, but think this video gave me a tangible place to start. Imposing limitations like time, medium, and level of finish, trusting that the result doesn't have to be "perfect" to make the creative effort worthy. Thanks for the vid!
