We noticed that some extendable L-plate on the market may introduce much weaker connection at the 90-degree joint point of the L-plate. One can test this by mounting a camera with a relatively long lens, and when gently pushing the tip of the lens, the camera/lens will show extra bending comparing to a fixed (non-extendable) L-plate. I wonder if you can show some tests on this issue to prove that the ProMediaGear design may avoid most of it. thanks
With the L bracket extended out from camera body is it possible for the cable clamp screw heads to be on the camera body side. This would then allow me to shoot tethered whilst in portrait mode on tripod. Thanks
The L-Bracket for Canon 5D Mark IV with BG-E20 is temporary unavailable. We will again have it for sale in July this year. We apologize for the long wait. There is a waiting list you can sign up for on our website. www.promediagear.com/PLCBGE20x-L-Bracket-Canon-5D-Mark-4-BG-E20-Grip-Arca-Swiss-Type-L-Plate_p_299.html The Nikon L-Bracket will connect to the custom plate for the Canon, however it’s not optimized for the canon and may block the battery or the cable ports.

Hi Alan, yes I think you can however it's not optimized on this L-Bracket due to the cutouts to make it work best with the camera.
Will this bracket work with the third party Vello battery grip ??
How stiff or vibration resistant is the l bracket compared to other designs? (Edit: when in vertical orientation...say a 30 sec exposure)
Is it available for Nikon D7000 with vertical grip attached or could you recommend a universal one.
can you remove the battery from the vertical grip with the L plate attached?
Is it possible to slide out the vertical bar completely ?
Since the L-Bracket for the Canon 5D Mark IV with BG-E20 battery grip has been discontinued. Does this Nikon version work with the Canon 5D Mark IV?

Will this fit the D800 ?
can that fit in nikon d750 with grip?
Vertical part might fit the D750, but the bottom plate would have to be universal or custom fitted to the D750.
