  • Mapped up to 240 on the pto apparently. Goes well. Autopowr gearbox with command arm and 4 post cab. The last 7530 that was sold new in New Zealand as far as the owner is aware. Brilliant tractor. Would much prefer autopowr than be pulling at that hatchet-handle of an autoquad box all day.
    On the third venture over to New Zealand now. I've still not much to do at home in the Irish winter.
    Bit of a long draw in this video so I've just sped up the boring long straight road at the end but yeah, there when I just left the field I didn't know what that black car was at at all. I see smoke off in the distance in the video but I didn't think much of it at the time I'd say. So when he stopped in the road I was getting a small bit annoyed and saying to myself "What are you doing lad, just go" and so then shur as soon as I wave him on I figure out why he was stopped. Gave him the thumb up, I don't know why, I wouldn't really be a fan of that sort of stuff to be honest. It's just funny to watch back that's all.
    Makes a good thumbnail, maybe I might get a few views idk...I've turned on the monetization just recently. TH-cam shows ads on my videos now anyway whether I like it or not so I might as well get paid for it even if I don't like it. They say I've earned a tenner from all my videos but they've still not given me that even 😂 Ah I don't know at all.
    I've brought my drone to New Zealand this time. It's quite a bulky drone so that's why I never brought it before. It's too big for hand luggage and I was afraid it would get broken if I put it in my main luggage. So what I did was I welded up a little cage for it from like old tines off the krone tedder and a length of square steel I had so the baggage handlers couldn't break it. That worked anyway and it made it to NZ intact. Now just to find the time to use it over here...

      I'm wayne but anyway 😅 that's a good harvester yeah there's about 750hp in it as far as I know. Much faster than the 8600i before. This one's a 9500i. There was 600hp in the old harvester.

      @@WayneMescal sorry wayne ive been watching u for a while just had a bit of a brain fart😂 yeah she certainly looks a step up, would she cover alot more ground than the 8600i in a day do you reckon?

      No I do remember you commenting all the time it's just I remember you said Shane last time as well but I never took much notice last time.
      In grass not really but in maize yeah you cover more ground in the day. In grass you are just getting over the ground, maize has the big volume of material which needs to get though the harvester.

      Thanks, I prefer the head mount myself, I see other chest mount videos and you're just looking at the steering wheel I find....I want to use my magnet mount more alright, that works well and gives steady videos.

      Thanks John. Tis maybe a half and half split of fellas coming out by themselves and then the other half coming out with their friend or girlfriend. I might talk about it in a video soon, thinking of doing a bit of commentary for a while now.

    Is agri diesel any cheaper out there or does it work out the same how much do they charge per acre

    • @WayneMescal
      @WayneMescal  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It's all white diesel here but diesel vehicles pay road users tax which is charged by the distance you drive.
      I don't know what the contracting charges are, I don't be asking, but they're crazy high compared to Ireland. To rake-bale-wrap is close to like 25-30 euro a bale and then mowing is extra on top of that. Any work that's not by the bale is usually by the hour as well which is different from home. Tedding and mowing and things like that...
      The harvester is by the hour even and so are all the trailers. On maize the harvester is by the hectare but the trailers would still be by the hour. Even the jcb is by the hour. It's a very different way of thinking they have over here.

    Why do you guys have so small of wagons? Just curious

    • @WayneMescal
      @WayneMescal  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      These trailers were all homemade by these guys, they're built to take on hills. Short and wide so they don't fall over. Also there's a lot of tight gates, they're easier to get in places.

      I hate the noise of it. Nothing better than listening to the machine you're driving anyway. You hear what's going on and will hear any problems early. Driving the jf harvester is especially nice and square baling as well.
      Radio broke in my car a few years ago and I've no notion of fixing it. Never used it. Probably seized up due to lack of use 😂
