it's in fact "Whisk" or "beat" (idk the correct/more common traduction) instead of horse saddle ((in french, the "monte" is short for "Monter les oeuf en neige" witch mean "Whisk/beat the egg whites until they form peaks")) and "jam" insted of "confectionary"
