all electric cars should be equipped with a small generator just in case the batteries run low.. at least there is a quick backup to head down to the nearest charging point.
@@FishingSGsWild a generator on an electric car makes no sense anyways bro, the people that buy these cars believe that they cause no harm to the environment, yet in actual fact an electric car causes more damage whilst being made than my car that’s over 20 years old will do in its lifetime. People that believe EV’s are good are just idiots.
People constantly talking about wirelessly charging cars as they drive is wild. That won't be a thing for decades just look at the inefficiency of wirelessly charging a cell phone. It's ridiculously inefficient and generates crazy heat for both the battery and the coils and it grades the life of it's a commodity technology at best at least how it is right now. The only way we would get cars charging while they drive is with some kind of direct contact and even then I don't think it's very practical. The much more practical solution is solid State battery technology which would allow much faster charging and higher capacities in lighter batteries that take up less volume in the car it's the best solution to the EV range issue and would bring about electric cars that have greater range than gasoline cars. I think plug in hybrids are the way to go though. Full electric isn't there yet at least not for everybody. They have their place and uses but it's limited.
EV's are a Rich person's Toy. Takes too long to charge. Even 10 minutes is 3x longer or more than gas. Faaaar too expensive. God forbid you need to go to a mechanic... Yup no real infrastructure. We need Nuclear power first obviously.
Rarely have to take them to a mechanic compared to an ice vehicle due to the whole... Not... Having an engine/transmission thing lol. Replacing an electric motor is a lot easier than have to rebuild a transmission that blew up. Cheaper for parts too cause lack of complexity.
if you're too poor to install a home charger, yeah leave the toys to the more fortunate, it's realistically not a problem for anyone who can afford the car
Posting pre buff scar clips back to back 🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥

Lol, electric cars still don't last you as many years as a well maintained internal combustion

what would that achieve? you've still got a terrible EV thats now dead and will take all night to charge.
