Wonderful series, such a treat to see the people and locations as well as the items- on On second viewing I am flummoxed the woman with the watercolour at 43:08 never heard of Edward Lear! I am from San Francisco and wanted to shout “The Owl and the Pussy-cat went to sea. In a beautiful pea- green boat,. They took some honey, and plenty of money,. Wrapped up in a five-pound note.”😂
very nice. Queen Charlotte islands now called Haida Gwaii for the original residents of the 150 islands. Cook did not see them until 1778 and were spotted first by Juan Perez
I love this programme, but it is very annoying when the person who brought the item, talks whilst the expert is talking, trying to tell the person and viewers about the item. It's difficult to hear what he is saying. Or else the person keeps agreeing with sort of a "Ha, ha." I am sure sometimes he/she wants to scream out "Would you please shut up!"
What a treat! Thank you!

Haha, "We like pussies," at 12:52 would have been expunged from the American Antiques Roadshow. I've never agreed more with an appraiser.
