Thank you very much. I figured it had something to do with those clips but couldn't solve the riddle. Put the tops of my couches on the wrong side initially. I was able to disinstall and then reinstall the correct way in a few seconds after watching. Super helpful. 👍🏽

What they don't tell you is that with the back disassembled the couch still weighs a lot; you'll need two very strong lifters. I've lifted many a couch but these suckers are too heavy for me to move. How do you split the base?
