You are a life saver.
Excellent video, I went to several outlet stores and none of the salespeople knew this trick.
Thank you so much. Easy to understand how to remove the backs after you explained it. I appreciate seeing what the bracket with the lever actually looked like and how to move it.
Thank you. Extremely well explained.
I have a 15 year-old chair that worked fine until a few days ago, when the back started hanging at about 45 degrees, then became hard to push back. I tried loosening the tension screws and adding lithium grease to the tracks, which seemed to help for a short while, but the behavior is back. I don't see any bend or rust on the tracks. I am wondering if I need to replace the washers (?) for the tension screws? Maybe each track assembly? I have been searching but cannot seem to find those specific parts. Do you have any other ideas, or could provide some part numbers? Thank you!
Thanks so much, appreciate your video🙏🙏🙏
How do i put the bottons back on the back?
Thank you from a 73 year old wife whose husband is disabled. I managed to move the two pieces upstairs by myself by simply rolling it end to end or I should say arm to arm! 😮😅😊❤ the chair is about 20 years old.
❤❤❤
Thank you. Worked for me.
Brand new and just delivered. Your video was a big help, for loosening the push back tension, however its still stiff for this old lady, anything you can suggest for that.
Thanks!
6 years and still gold ! Thanks!
Power headrest is not working... The motor is running though.
Thank you. Your so thorough. I just needed the basics of tearing one down but I enjoyed learning some of the finer details.
Thank you for taking the time to do your videos, much helpful….
Any suggestions for when you take the back off and find the holes are all chewed out so we can't tighten them?
Well that helped significantly. Thanks.
