  • Custom dual exhaust I did with detailed instructions on how to do it yourself. Way cheaper then two brothers, yoshimura, delkevic, danmoto, or any others. Sound is great. Don't think u have to do a single exhaust setup to save money. Kawasaki for life.

Nice job it looks neat and sounds cool! I have a zx10r 05 model and I use a Titanium muffler and you can go for a long ride giving it a thrashing and pull up and put your bare hand directly on the muffler and it will not burn you! Over years so many pillions have burnt their legs getting off most of my bikes because you can tell them 1,000 times but they forget

Im going through the same battle here but for a 2019. The Akrapovic muffler is damaged and and I don’t want to pay $1k for a muffler. The pipe on my bike is 60mm and I ended up buying European bike parts. 😂

Francesco Ciavarella once that you cut the stock exhaust flanges on the piping you can’t install the stock silencers again at least that you weld again those flanges and the material of the stock “y” pipe is titanium

@@raptorhuntingful understand thanks. I need to downgrade, so i don't want to cut the original pipes. I want to do an esperiment :) i bought two original exhaust and i'm going to modify it. I will take off the two plugs, taking of the rivets and change the internal structure doing it linear in the way to make the exhaust gas flowing directly (cutting the internal bulkheads) i will tell you the results when i will done it ! soon :)

Do you have a link to the exhaust?

I don't have one to this specific exhaust, but any of the universal 51mm motorcycle mufflers on eBay will work. So you should have hundreds of options and they are all super cheap
