Shot last weekend at Oakhill Lystgård in Norway, together with @RagnarokFilm!

Wow, it took me couple of times and reading some comments to begin to make sense of this incredible piece of art!
I see this as a genius visual of how cults can suck people in. And to be honest, in a lot of 'spiritual circles' which are less extreme than cults, the same type of toxic dynamics are present. Manipulative language, confusing messages ... people who are vulnerable and searching for healing often get seduced by spiritual guru's who love power and lack integrity. It's a massive problem, in my eyes

The whole thing is brilliant. The songs got the best of prog and folk, without going off the deep end of either. Its attention getting and unsettling. And the video perfectly represents a fringe religion thats maybe strayed into cult territory. The director is a genius. No gripes at all, nearly flawless!

This songs (like Bardaginn) are taking more of a Gaian doom, dark folk path...and I love it. The overall writing of music and vocals is just smart and well done! Can't wait for the full album ^^

I like this prog-rock direction. Reminds me a bit of Porcupine Tree but with a completely fresh nordic twist.
I'm a huge Steven Wilson and Porcupine Tree fan and Kalandra definitely scratches the same itch for me even when they're not flirting with prog. Similar dark melancholic vibe.

They are just portraying people in a cult. Cults are known to use symbols. The hand gesture doesn't mean anything in the real world, it's made up for the video.
