For me it was rot location two, I was certain I had it, because the relics shine, but they shine purple, not turquoise. Also, when you collect the rot, it doesn't shine at all.

(Sigh) the first rot... Swear I ended up at that spot repeatedly, frustrated. Soon as I saw it... At least I know how to get there from anywhere in the game.

WTF, waste of time for me, I came to watch this video because I'm missing the last rot. When I first came to this location before going down to fight the boss, I did that to remove those feather but nothing happened, after fighting boss I watch this video then it worked. 🤦🤦🤦
