You can order from them online, which I’ve done. I don’t think they have a lot of stores, but they’re opening more. Paying their flat-fee shipping is cheaper than driving to their store for me.

I'm sorry, these deals are just okay. I've got way better before Christmas. Example, ridgid batteries are free plus come with the LSA and can be hacked.
Agreed! The Initial black friday deals were way better at Home Depot than what we're seeing now at Lowe's. But not paying full price is always great. Lol.
I would not order from direct tools online! Going in store I'm sure would be fine but I wouldn't order online. They say orders ship 3 to 5 days which is not the case at all. I've been waiting 10 days now and no tracking number no returned emails and no answering on the phone. There's 100s of bad reviews on the BBB website over shipping problems missing parts all kinds of headaches. And of course I didn't check reviews until after I ordered. Theirs people on there saying it took weeks to deliver one or 2 people said a couple months. There's a few that said they waited weeks to even contact direct tools just to be told their order had been canceled because of not having it in stock. Which I understand that but couldn't direct tools contact the customer to let them know. Do what you will but don't say you wasn't warned.

@@manmeetsmoneyWell just checked my bank statement and Direct Tools refunded my money I'm guessing they canceled my order for some reason. Very poor customer service. Bad thing is I don't have any ryobi tools but I bought a 3pk high performance batteries same day I placed my order at direct tools. So I'm out 140 on batteries I'll never use. I wish direct would atleast let me know why this happened.
