رَبِّ زِدْنِي عِلْماً
My Lord increase me in knowledge
رَبِّ اشْرَحْ لِي صَدْرِي وَيَسِّرْ لِي أَمْرِي واحْلُلْ عُقْدَةً مِنْ لِّسَانِي يَفْقَهُوا قَوْلِي
My Lord expand for me my chest and make easy for me my affairs and untie the knot on my tongue so they understand my speech
رَبِّ هَبْ لِي حُكْماً وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالصَالِحِين
My Lord grant me wisdom and join me with the righteous
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْئَلُكَ عِلْماً نَافِعاً وَرِزْقاً طَيِّباً وَعَمَلاً مُتَقَبَّلاً وَشِفاءً مِنْ كُلَّ دَاءٍ
O' Allah I ask you for beneficial knowledge and pure provision and accepted deeds and cure from all ailments
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّي أَعُوْذُبِكَ مِنْ عِلْمٍ لا يَنْفَعُ وَمِنْ قَلْبٍ لا يخشع وَمِنْ نَّفْسٍ لا تَشْبَعُ وَمِنْ دُعَاءٍ لا تُسْمَعُ
O' Allah I seek refuge with You from knowledge which is not beneficial and from a heart which which is not humble and from a soul that is not satisfied and a dua which is not heard
اللَّهُمَّ فَقِّهْنِي فِي الدِّيْن وَعَلِّمْنِي التَّأْوِيْل
O'Allah give me understanding of deen and teach me ta'weel
رَبِّ يَسِّرْ وَلا تُعَسِّرْ وَتَمِّمْ بِالخَيْر وَبِكَ مَوْلَى نَسْتَعِيْن يَا فَتَّاح يَا فَتَّاح يَا فَتَّاح
My Lord grant ease and not hardship and complete (our affairs) with khair, we seek help from you, our Lord, yaa Fattaa
اللهمَّ انْفَعْنا بِماَ عَلَّمْتَناَ وَعَلِّمْنامَا يَنْفَعُنا وَزِدْنا عِلْما
O'Allah make beneficial for us what You have taught us and teach us what benefits us and increase
us in knowledge

Attending a state university with a diverse student body, where individuals come from various religious backgrounds, can be challenging. However, by surrounding myself with Muslim friends, I find it easier to balance deen and dunya , as they provide valuable support in maintaining both my spiritual and academic responsibilities :>

It's the kind of speech which I was searching as I want to pursue my higher study from reputed university but I was also thinking that how I will balance and many said that women only should stay in house and do household chores only.

Dunya is Yang (Yang foods, practical life skills, active lifestyle, .. etc)
Balance (wholemeal grains e.g. wholemeal round rice, wholemeal wheat, ..etc.)
Yin + Yang = Balance

As a student i was really confused about my priorities in studying, that is did not know how to learn some subjects for sake of Allah.
However, i still have many questions about other subjects like chemistry, biology, like: how i can learn a chemical things if i will not use them in the future, it will be only for my grades in school
How biology topics about:gen, nutrient flowers and other things connected with my iman? I still do not know the answers to this this questions on my head because i really do not have an idea about these knowledge's value for me. Maybe it is because i do not know who i will be and how use them not only for grades?

Wa-alaikum al-salaam, sis your English is really good, I went Uzbekistan last year and I found out not many people know English there.
Biology is an amazing subject. The intricacies of our body systems or plants should strengthen our iman in the creator and make us say ‘SubhanAllah’. When you learn these new details just ponder and think wow how amazing is our creation.
Also, I think it’s important to understand that the purpose of these subjects isn’t to give us Islamic knowledge, the purpose is to learn the skills required for certain professions. So have the intention that the skills i am going to learn I will use them to please Allah, that might include job, helping others etc.

Yes, you are right not many people know English there, so to be honest, i have a small but pure intention to make videos in my TH-cam channel these days, i want to translate them others' beneficial lectures, tips for muslims from Russian, English into Uzbek, but not put on the screen others video, i want do this in my own way, saying what i actually understood. So can i translate them your videos too, because i find them very useful, and i think it will help to extend our students mindset in my country, and it also you know a sawab, so what do you think about it?

Assalamualaikum sister. Im a girl currently studying in uni. Im in 4th year but have been falling behind for 3 semesters and idk if i can graduate or not.
I wanna ask if you have any dream, sis.
I did have a dream and i let it go because its the right thing to do at that time. And now im afraid to dreaming again because im the type of person who once she has a dream she will always be optimistic, risk taking, holding on and never give up no matter what, often sacrificing herself in the process. I was not gonna giving up on my dream, my way and what i believe to be right, sis.
But now i know that Allah is most wise and all-knowing. If He choose a path for me, who am i to deviate from that? I dare not sis, so i gave up my dream.
But now im afraid to dream and aim high because once i do i know i will be heartbroken again someday if Allah tell me to change path
What should i do sis. Should i dream again? And what should i dream so i would not be heartbroken, because once i do dream i cant let it go and will make it my top priority after my deen
W’salaam sis. If your dreams and aspirations will earn the pleasure of Allah then never give up on them, it’s inevitable to achieve them you will have to put in a lot of effort. However, if they will only benefit you in this world and there’s no good in them for your hereafter, then replace them with better ones. I would also emphasise this is your final year of studies, give it your best, any other dream/aspiration you have can wait for a year. Students work really hard their whole life and you don’t want to give up when you get to the final year.
