It is interesting just resume development via Ai. Thank you so much! The most important advantage is chat GPT could offer filter relevant skills and well designed format. The worst thing is you can't get it free for everybody looks for money.
I've heard other content creators say that you shouldn't put your personal information at the top in horizontal format, but rather a vertical format. So one piece of information, then on the next line list the second item. The reasoning is how the ATS can get it mixed up. However, your template uses the horizontal approach. I just wanted to get your opinion on that.
you can also upload your resume into ChatGPT with the JD and have i do a comparitive Also take the output and then run it through Claude to get a more 'human' like feel vs the robotic ChatGPT Learn more about prompt engineering. You can tell Chat GPT to make the output 5-7-10 lines or X words. Start with telling it that you want it to behave like an ATS scanning tool or a HR screening recruiter
I did the ChatGPT uploading my resume and it was amazing. I paid Indeed to do the same and it was a complete rip off. Just typed "can you redo my resume" and it did. I am so blown away that I have tears in my eyes.

I have 7 years of work experience and I still keep my resume to one page only. It used to be 2 pages and then I forced myself to make it 1 page. It revealed how much 'fluff' and 'useless' bullet points I used to have. Keep it 1 page, make it impactful and still hit all the keywords. You can use a narrow margin, Calibri font and font size 10.

I started out as a crew member then team trainer then moved up to shift surpervisor. Do I list my experience in each position and how I was in that role? Personally, I won’t- hr cares the most about ticking the boxes . Graphics pics are not likely help with success rate a lot if the ATS friendly one has great content to start with. I think it might not be best use of your time to do two versions. May be different for creative industries though.

I live in the the world of digital product development. I can see why so many people are frustrated by companies' digital services: because too many of those companies are using a flawed recruitment process and hiring mediocrity. It's a sad fact that outstanding candidates will be by-passed by an ATS product which clearly favours the vast majority of also-rans. Love the video, although it's a shame this is what we have to now resort to.
