Hi, I recommend regularly checking the following sites for available appointment slots. I understand it can be tedious, but I am not aware of an easier method.

Hi, Check the website of embassy you are planning to apply to. If application is to be submitted online prior to appointment, you will need to submit all details online. If not you can take filled application plus documents on day of appointment.

Hi, Applicants processing times may vary. You don't have to worry if both applicants were filled in the same way which I believe is the case.

Hi, Apologies for the confusion. What I meant was refundable stays, flight tickets on budget airline are mostly non-refundable.

Refundable tickets are available directly on airlines website . Generally they are 4-5k costly over the non Refundable ones .

Hi, Either your first entry point should be portugal or maximum stay during your stay must be in portugal. You can travel to any other countries if that is the case.
