Those chassis rails have to of lost a lot of strength. Simply knocking rust out of the joints is not a replacement of metal. There not enough suport under the rails when they arc welded back together so how do you know the rails are even parallel?
You put two I-Beams on the bed of a truck and not strap it down? It will be alright, is what they say right before it goes wrong. I guess this job worked out for the customer though.
DAM you destroyed those channels should have sand blasting them one day job, instead of chiseling them then welding which was more like spot weld 🤣then grind looked very Amateur job, I like how they drill 🤣DAM boy sharpen your drill bit instead of using that log to press on it, I bet them channels will bend when they over load that truck because there’s no such thing as proper weighing the truck or it’s load they keep loading until there’s no space left on the truck upwards & side wards 🤣🤣🤣 keep up the hard work lads 🫵👍👏👏
@pakistanitruck bro I mean some those dudes just like move slow and are lazily. I know th8ngs are different in Pakistan but when a man has good work he should go above & beyond to do his best. Not lazily move things and set or stand around like some yall do.
Red Hat can really swing a hammer! Impressive!
He is a machine!

I am very 60+ and I have NEVER dreamt about such a monster thingy 🤣🤣

They are very comfortable! 😅
Best job Very Skill and Delligent Mechanic , Thanks All, ..... Cheerio.*****.
I would love to know how much Oxygen & Acetylene they go through in a day...
And welding rods…
They just cut, they don't need acetylene. Propane-Butane gas is also used in Eastern Europe.
@@Zoli049 Thanks... I did not know that...
put safety glass on. For eyes please. Maybe pair of heavy duty gloves.
All the best chaps

สวัสดีครับเป็นกำลังใจให้ครับ⚒️🚜🤝🌏🇹🇭🙏❤️🛰️🪐🌕
…that frame is a little rough- knocking the rust jacking out isn’t really fixing it?

@@cwmbcthose rails are to far gone in my opinion.....certainly when it comes to hauling any amount weight.....
A lot of hard work, fortunate where I work we have good tools and supplies so we don’t have to resort to this type of repair.
Great work gentlemen
Glad you enjoyed it!
It's the truck of Theseus....
I was expecting the restore of a cool looking truck, but got a completely different truck in the end.
It was changed the cabin also
No, Europeans dont dream about Nissan trucks as most dont even know Nissan sells trucks in Asia. The biggest Nissan here, is a Cabstar 4.5 ton.
I did not know that, what part of Europe are you in ?
@davidhamm5626 Holland.
Only Hino etcetera is imported to the UK because both Japan and the UK are right hand drive.
@@Sjanzo Thank you, I did not think of that !
It's not the same cab though. It's not the same cabin!
Yes but it’s also UD cab
The language they are speaking in the video is actually *Pashto.
Only can be heard in some part of Afghanistan and Pakistan and I can speak it
The dreaming is probably most local
I like how they are wearing their pyjamas and slippers...
it’s normal in all over Pakistan
Brilliant great job lads 👌👍
Glad you enjoyed it
I wonder how these vehicles pass compulsory roadworthy .
there is no compulsory roadworthy test just bribe the relevant department and get roadworthy clearance
Renew, reuse, restore.
I love it.
Из говна конфетку не зделаеш
Masters of survival! ✌👍
I appreciate your support!
No worse than a lot of the other trucks they work on.
Older body and cabin was nicer
Wow those channels delivered by bike…..we had to deliver them on 10 tonners
Say Salam to Haleem ustaz

Sabar2 😂
Why sis they cut the old cab to pieces and use a different cab? So that is not restored, it's rebuilt to a different truck.
it’s same truck but restored a another UD Nissan cab because GTN cab Parts was not available in the market
Eu não entendi, comecaram a desmontar as chapas e depois soldaram tudo de novo.
