I did things backwards i have the files in but didnt add the data base. And messed things up and now my staging site cant see the database . What can i do pls ? If i just add a database how do i know it will be added for the staging site with the issue?

no theme do not increase your site size that much. It is usually media uploads and other backup files.

Great video with detail showing what and where everything is. Thank you. Out of interest, what would you do if in 'public_html' you can see two website folders named after two domains because you have 2 sites in the shared hosting?
You have to create backup of the domain folder like site1 and site 2 seperately if you want to keep them seperate and find out database of each site that can be found in wp-config.php file. Or you can backup everything in public html folder and export all database. For database you have to export them seperately, don't think that can be exported together.

I have a simple question about that... If I have to install a new Windows on my pc then how i can be able to get my "phpmyadmin"/ Cpanel ? please tell me about this.. I got the answer in this video of back upping and getting back of the website database... But from where did you get the option of getting back the file like cpanel/phpmyadmin or whatever, how can we get back? if I set up a new cpanel/phpmyadmin with a new username or pass then if I set up new windows on my pc, then obviously I have to set up a new WordPress again and cpanel. so, then can I log back to my old cpanel/phpmyadmin with the same/old username & pass? or do I have to use this from the beginning without any backup data? or will I lose my all data??

You can transfer with full backup cpanel to cpanel. Will have to confirm if they started including emails too. Cpanel to cpanel Transfer should include setting too.

sir i am trying to take backup and restore our website on a new domain but sir it's throughing this error UpdraftPlus Restore error: HTML was detected in the response. You may have a security module on your webserver blocking the restoration operation.

it's urgent
It could be because of modsecurity on your server lvl or if you are using some wordpress security plugin. Disable security and try again.

Download all files as zip file and export import database from old to new.
