If you combo start off of zashu you can uptilt into pinpoint, then downtilt back onto the floor into rapid fire then untilt again into exterminate and that's a true 100-0 combo unless they have a counter

shirou doesnt have a one shot combo if you want a close to one shot combo then do
3 m1s, uptile into tohsaka, ladder he downsla then throw swords. ( btw fort this to almost one shot you need to use projection and enhancement or in other words you need to have the big swords then throw them at the last downslam)
