He is but (to my knowledge) elatrednU is an au where the human actually got killed so the timeline broke and monsters got dt and the human lost practically all of it, and so if you die you start from the beginning, but there are 2 routes: ainavol, where only main characters got dt (snas, asgore, papyrub, toriel, undyne and so on) and the agem route, where all monsters got dt, but less than what they got in ainavol. So ainavol is practically agem sans but stronger, and both are from elatrednU.
