Bass Tournament at the BEACH?!

If your headed down to Gulf Shores Alabama for spring break or a summer vacation saltwater fishing isn't your only option. Lake Shelby is a Brackish water lake where you can bass fish and also have a chance to catch Speckled Trout and Redfish. On this trip we make the journey down to Gulf Shores to fish a local kayak tournament on lake Shelby at Gull State Park. With post frontal conditions and heavy wind it proved to be challenging but we found enough fish to take home 2nd place.
