    I have been updating my devices to include bluetooth connectivity i.e. blood pressure cuff, heart monitor, blood glucose meter. The apps for these have improved over the years, takes the mundane task of tracking the readings an simplifies the task and most apps provide fairly good analytics. A CGM (continuous glucose monitor) i found short term helps to visualize how your body reacts to food.

    I find Alexa to be incredibly helpful. I buy as mush as I can that is Alexa enabled so I can turn off my lights, listen to books, make my coffee, and whatever else with just my voice. Reminders! I almost forgot!! 😂 Alexa is so helpful for that, too! ❤
