He's got a Nasigastric tube, that they feed him through. They removed the bone from the head, because the brain is swollen. Sound like David's in a bad way. It would be better if he was discharge to a rehabilitation facility, he needs professional support. David got a long way to go. Prayers for David🙏🏿.

Ibuprofen will reduce the swelling. Which in turn will relieve the pain.
The abscess will burst, you'll taste it in your mouth.
Use mouth wash or salt water to rinse out your mouth.
Antibiotics work, but they're not necessary.
