It ain't anyone's fault but at the same time it's both's fault. Riku wanted to help and he did it wonderfully, he took of guard the men and he snatched the key, but he also put himself, Tenn and Mitsuki in danger. The guys were dangerous and even though they had orders from Tsukumo to not unalive Tenn, it wasn't the same for any others. Un the end, Riku's plan (even if it was badly planned and without asking Mitsuki) succeeded and he helped, Mitsuki dealt with one man and Nagi with the other, Riku freed Tenn. But let's also think about Tenn: He was abducted, he was already disturbed and now knowing that his sickly brother was there at a place full of dust with dangerous people who could have hurt hime badly, and with that not being bad enough Tenn also watched that same ill brother having an attack (which he didn't knew it was fake) that at Tenn's eyes and thoughts could have killed Riku, I don't think anyone would be cold headed to react kindly. Since they were children, Tenn knew what Riku's illness could've done to him, Tenn was there many times when Riku was taken to the hospital and there also could be times wheb Tenn didn't knew if his twin would even get back home, if he would see him again. Tenn sounds angry, but he's also crying, he's mad worried and hysterical because he thought his brother could've died in front of him without him having any capability of doing something about it. Both did wrong but it was because of the situation they were in.
I mean, sure, it is not okay to fake having an asthma attack especially when it usually makes you sick enough to go to the hospital but Riku didn't do it for fun, he did it because it was a life or death kind of situation, Tenn was in danger and this was one smart way to snatch the key, he didn't deserve to be slapped for faking an attack, I would have slapped him for putting himself in such a dangerous situation, these men could be armed and someone could have ended up seriously hurt or even dead, they should have called the police, screw the show they are late for, minors/young adults shouldn't be chasing after criminals.
Yo I get it be scary, and in an ideal situation, it's not to be faked. But this was life and death, was it not? Someone could've been seriously hurt if he didn't fake the attack and got down on the ground. He'd have never gotten the keys, if that's what he was after (I believe, don't remember much from this segment 🤔)
Actually the anime cut a lot of scene 😭😭 There’s a part that Tenn apologize to Riku and said “I’m sorry… I was panicked for a moment” Riku actually really happy when he knows Tenn is still caring him so much 😭👍

正直このシーン見て「陸のためとはいえ家族を捨てて親を泣かせた天が言う...？」って思って見てました(((
天は結果的に両親と陸を泣かせてしまったことを誰よりもわかってるし、その重さをしっかり受け止めてる。でも陸はこの時そのことを知らないし、こうやって冗談混じりに茶化しちゃったり軽く演技とかしちゃうからその違いは大きいと思うよ…あと天は陸にもっと自分を大切にしてほしいって思ってるからめっちゃ怒ってるんだと思う。
