There is logic to this, and it can be seen 2 ways.l but it’s not manipulation from Riku. Think of keanu reeves.. people love him and want to support him cause he’s so kind and does his best. Riku is the same.. even when he’s in pain, he goes 100%.. people don’t pity.. people want to see people succeed. That’s what the guy gets wrong.. people who give it their all with sincerity are dangerous because they can motivate people (but they can be esaily exploited without knowing)
Very true. I feel like the way Iori describes it isn't totally accurate. Riku isn't actively trying to manipulate people, and he has no ill nor malicious intent; it's like Yamato said in another episode. He's hardworking and genuine, and he gives his all (to the point where he'll hurt himself in the process, as not to disappoint/let down others). So, rather, he just simply tends to usually wear his heart on his sleeve and just happens to have the charisma/allure factor to him that's paired with that trait. I get how it can be fatal to the group, for sure. But it's interesting to see how Iori has analyzed it that way, but somewhat misses the mark. He and Tenn are on opposite sides of the spectrum, and both approaches could potentially hurt Riku, eventually, seeing as how there's no happy-medium between their approaches to dealing with the situation, usually. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out, and whether or not it will backfire on them. I hope that it will not, though.
I think those around him are plenty aware enough to keep that from happening. Also, regular exercise is helpful for people with asthma (even though it's a double-edged sword). Becoming an idol was actually good for his health and why it makes sense that his attacks get less frequent over the story.

Well for this, I though Iori is just a tsundere guys so he interpret it in such complicated way😂 Maybe it's not jealousy, since the first time he prefer to be a producer and manager than an idol. I mean the reason he join the agency in the first place is to make Mitsuki Idol. Iori was scouted but he refused if his brother didn't scouted as well. Like Takamasa said, Iori was allured by the charm that Riku has and wanting him to reach even upper as a superstar. So even if he need to became the demon king, he will continue to let Riku sing. As he promised to make Riku a superstar. But that's what his mistakes, Idolish7 is not a solo, they are a group and he's not focusing on his team except for Riku. He's too blinded by the light that Riku has and make him a little greedy to make Idolish7(mostly Riku) to the top. That's what lead to making Riku resemble Zero. And Iori is resembling Takamasa. Maybe Takamasa give them warning or they gonna enters the same route as Zero.
This is where irori is wrong and doesn’t get it. No one pities animals.. or babies.. they think they are cute and sweet and need to be protected.
