Hey bud I cannot recommend enough a pair of gloves. The thin ones with light rubber coating on palm and fingers work very well and will protect from getting cut by glass or rusted metal and hopefully you never hit one a needle from syringe. Little protection goes a mile in this case. They cost about $5 for a 4 -6 pack on Amazon or Walmart hardware section. Keep the videos coming! Great job!
Love watching your videos as I own a Legend. Enjoy seeing you use other detectors, but Legend hunts I prefer (especially on days I can't get out myself!). Medal possibly from Soap Box Derby? Here's to finding that Spanish Doubloon!
Great dig as always brother. Some of my best finds are at the base of trees. And I would say the pendant looks like a soap box derby award for the scouts. Love this hobby, have an awesome weekend!
Just a suggestion, did you ever think of wearing gloves. I was like you before until I got nasty cut from broken bottle and also near miss from injection needle. I don't like wearing gloves but there's some pretty nasty stuff in the ground. Anyway good video like always. Cheers
That's the one issue with multi modes on the Legend. Co-mingled targets get down graded in multi which is a problem. Had there been a gold ring beside that canslaw most people would have passed on a 20 other than serious gold hunters who know better. The single frequency however was right where it should be for one or more chunks of shredded can or more importantly other diggable items like chunky gold rings and coins, Civ war bullets, brass buttons etc. On the surface it seems multi did a better job because we don't want to dig cans but the reality is you don't know it's cans until you dig. It could have been two other mid to high conductors being degraded into no dig targets.
noticed the 10khz to 15khz frequencies are doing much better on the legend on top of using the lg24. M2 is all over the place, but still like to see what other frequencies show on the target id to get an idea, its a test/learning curve every outing it seems lol.
Love your channel, great stuff as always, do you keep every single coin you find? or do you basically check em out later and toss the ones which are corroded to heck or valueless.
Right now I have a bin with most of the coins I've found, kind of want to check through them a little before turnining them in but a lot to look through!
what do you think of the minelab vanquish? ive got one, its very sensative. ive found coins (modern), junk jewery, bullets, shot gun shells, trash. nothing of real value yet(sadly). but your video shows just how good the notka legend is. might just get that one and get rid of the minelab vanquish 540.

pine wood derby medal
might be a 'pinewood' derby car on the pendant???
I was going to say the same thing. Pinewood Derby car from Cub Scouts. Can we get some more Vanquish videos?
You found a boy scouts pinewood derby medal. That's a car on the front.
Correct , found one myself as well
Stick with the Legend Austin, I love to watch it work👍😎
Legend all the way.
That might be a pine wood derby award they raced these little cars that you made out of a block of wood through scouts.
That is exactly what that is. It was attached to a blue and gold ribbon at one time. This one is from the 70's
Beautiful video
Good little hunt Florida! That looks like a little car on that thing you found. Have a great weekend!
Looks like I was a little late. Yup pinewood derby medal
Não é fácil esse trabalho mas é gratificante e satisfatório 👏👊

I believe that is a pinewood derby metal for the Cub Scouts
Looks like a pinewood derby car from the cub Scout days
Can slaw..... thank you for going through your settings, us "Legendeers " appreciate it.

I'm going with pinewood derby medal.
Your channel, style, and attitude are some of the reasons I decided to start a channel of my own. I love your content! ✌️
The pendant you found looks like an etching of an old race car from the 50's or something, nice find!

I think gloves are a good idea... I try to be careful but there's always the chance something nasty could be lurking. Thanks for the advice 👍

Deus does that same thing
Will definitely keep experimenting with different frequencies
Cub Scout pine wood derby medallion.

Heard there is 3 new simplex coming out, will you be tempted? Would be good to see a review of one of them?
Cub scouts or boy scouts Pinewood derby car medal!
Great little hunt thanks. did you go out again after the livestream?
I went out this morning but didn't find too much, hopefully we'll hit the beach again soon :)
Hey mate, interested in your recording set up. Is this chest mounted and faced down i assume?
Is that an old school roller skate on the pendant buddy???
Hard for me to tell, weird little thing!
dont know. that pendent maybe a pine wood derby badge. kind of looks like a pinewood derby car.
👍👍👍🤠
Any coin is a good coin.
If have the choice of digging up modern coins or can slaw, I'll be digging coins all day with a smile on my face.

I like the Minelab Vanquish, i have the 440.. legend is a great machine too with a bit more options to tinker around with.
🤓 The 1st place I search is around the base of big trees!!!! 😎🚬
I say use the Vanquish 🙏
Vanquish needs some love 💖
In truth, unless you unearth the Hope diamond, you won’t break even on the cost of batteries and gas. We do it for fun!
Don't see the travel on the bike like we used to...are you still riding it ?
I haven't been riding the little green machine but.. I have something else I'll take you along on next time I head out to the park. 👍
Go cart metal?
Are you running the newest update
