Hi Vivian -- While Appfolio was designed for Multi-family, it has the versatility and components to accomodate commercial as well, including CAM charges, etc

Can Board Members be given access to this financials page, easily? My PM gives me a monthly report and access to the bank account, but matching up is incredibly difficult.

Most any stakeholder can be given access. I think I understand your question as to matching Bank statements to the AppFolio reports, which isn't exactly linear. email me at [e-mail] and I might be able to help.
