Even though you face challenging and unfavourable experience, please correct this when you become an interviewer. This is the only way any organisation can build good human resource
Absolutely, As per their email, there was a clear interview agenda, and I prepared well for the same. But the senior interviewer was not confident enough to conduct the interview hence he called his junior to take over.

I had similar experiences. I can think better and code at my own pace. If someone asked or instructed me and watching me to code, I would not be able to perform even a simple task no matter how practiced I'm. But what I learnt from this. Consistent practice will make you confident so that you can dominate the technical round. Confidence is the key. So keep practicing!

I have experienced this myself. Bad interviews (my prob), bad interviewers (their problem), misfortune (most questions from outside my preparation) etc etc. But cream always rises to the top and whenever I aced them, they were awesome opportunities.

I do take lots of interviews. By listening to your narration, I think your main problem is that you are not technically bad, doing coding in the public. My simple advice is to do pair programming with any friend. Pair programming will drain you but will give you the boost for doing public coding. I won't suggest you to waist time on leetcode. Most of the companies (99%) don't ask leetcode problems.

hi bro i checked your code there is a issue in drag and drop the table to the grid where find the next avaiable posistion so you give grid size is 250 +20 so first table occuppy 0 ,0 then 270 ,0 , 540 ,0 like but there is mistake i found in your code .
I know there is a bug in the code, I got a very tight deadline for this task, so I was in hurry doing many things. What did u find ?

mobile kalichavan, He might converse with the team and assess your programming mindset. There might be multiple individuals watching you from the backend.
Not sure about that, but I was wondering why he invite another guy to the interview process where he should have asked all the questions by himself. Atleaset I get a confidence that Im talking to a human. In my case I was pushed to talk to a big screen ;-)

Hi bro, what you did for the test is enough to get selected. I guess its there task to complete and they tried with applicants and rejected. Normally technical test are to check your logical skills than solve some business usecase like this. I think they are overloading employes as you see HR roles generally is to check interpersonal and communication skills only, I am not sure it is common in dubai, I am sure in India, US or Europe it is not like that.

Yeah what you said is right, if they see the online task , I have done so many logics. They didn't consider that, instead they just put me into an unprofessional interview process. Anyway, learned a lot from that chapter, again its their policy to conduct interview.
